• Managing their own product, pricing, invoice, and business records

4. GST and Business Verification

GST-enabled business accounts may require verification before activation or continued usage of GST-related services. Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted GST information is accurate and legally valid.

5. Subscription and Payments

Visha BillPro operates on a subscription-based access model.

• Trial accounts may include feature or usage limitations

7. Availability of Service

8. Intellectual Property

All software systems, platform technology, branding, UI designs, workflows, source code, and related intellectual property associated with Visha BillPro remain the exclusive property of Visha and its licensors.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, or databases
• Reverse engineer, duplicate, or misuse platform functionality
• Distribute malware, malicious scripts, or harmful code

10. Limitation of Liability

Visha shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, operational, or financial damages resulting from platform usage, service interruptions, data loss, tax filing errors, business losses, or inability to access services.
